Satellite & Cable TV Diplexer

These are used in houses that are pre-wired. Combine your cable TV signal and your satellite TV signal into the same cable with 1 diplexer and use the existing cable that is already there. Then to split it back, simply use a second diplexer and have 2 seperate cables again. See diagram below for details. We recommend a Terminator Tool as well to access your cable box to install the diplexer.

Satellite diplexers are used outside to combine two separate signals: one signal from the satellite dish and another signal from either an off-air TV antenna or cable TV feed into a single coaxial cable. A second satellite diplexer is used inside to separate the combined signals. Satellite diplexers eliminate the need for extra wiring thereby reducing the cost of labor and installation materials necessary to run two coaxial drops.
