All orders that are found to be DOA (damaged on arrival) must be reported to ExtremeFTA within five (5) days of receipt. ExtremeFTA will replace your unit absolutely free (shipping and handling charges apply). We thoroughly test each batch of units we receive to ensure the lowest possible defect rate.

If you wish to return your order that is neither defective nor damaged, simply notify us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and you will be entitled to a store credit or full refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer must pay shipping. Refunds or credit will be granted when ExtremeFTA receives the product. Once a unit has been tampered with or altered in any way, the terms laid out on this page are null and void.
